“Gen Z is inheriting this world. Steve is dedicated to preparing everybody for this shift, and that’s a change I’m on board with.” Elliot Glass, Missouri

Generational Expert

Steven Robertson is an acclaimed speaker, published author and a generational expert. He inspires audiences and invigorates businesses as he shares from his experience of over 30 years in development, training, teaching and programming for students from around the world. Parents, business leaders, students and hiring teams are reevaluating their assumptions, strategies and approaches after Steven articulates how unique Gen Z is.

In order to fully understand and positively impact their children, PARENTS need to view them through a new lens. We live in a digital age powered by technology, overwhelming Gen Z with a constant barrage of information about current world events, while they also try to navigate the pressure of social media. In order to cope, Gen Zers have learned to filter the information they allow into their lives resulting in a siloed, on-demand generation. Steven highlights strategies and equips parents with practical tools to get into their curated stream, and explains why this is essential if they hope to influence their children at all.

This generation is not only the biggest and most active customer group in the marketplace, but they are even influencing the way companies do business. BUSINESS LEADERS will discover ways to attract and retain Gen Zers as customers, and reevaluate how social and digital media can be used to accelerate their business. Steven shares valuable data and insights into effectively recruiting, hiring and onboarding this generation into a multigenerational workplace.

It is imperative that STUDENTS remain current and relevant for an ever-changing job market. Steven will examine the legacy value of prior generations while equipping Gen Z with steps to future proof themselves.

Steven shares with TALENT and HUMAN RESOURCE teams, his 30 years of experience in training and onboarding of different generations as they enter the workplace. With an innate understanding of this generation, Steven is able to highlight strategies for effective onboarding, training and communication, and shares insights as to how other generations can leverage the talents and perspectives of Gen Z.

Gen Z are NOT Millennials

Jeff Gibbard, Pennsylvania
